Skinny Guy Workout Training Tip

Tip of the week: Down some carbs and protein immediately after your workout (not before). Your muscles are starving for carbs and protein to feed them for growth. You have about an hour window to pump them full of these muscle builders while the fibers are still broken down. This will help immensely with your gains and will also help refuel you. If you wait too long, you lose this easy opportunity to build lean muscle.
